I don’t usually write reviews but seeing the results I’ve been getting I absolutely have to!!

A few months ago I got a workout plan (as well asnutrition recommendations) from Ubaid, and the results I've been getting have been amazing!!! I had my doubts about training online, but he took time to explain every workout, and is always available to answer any questions I have regarding the plan.

It’s fun and challenging, and has shown great results physically (as well as mentally), so I 1000% recommend training with Ubaid, either in-person or online bc 10/10 results

What sort of training is PT Club?

We offer three types of sessions at PT Club: Strength, MetCon, and Trainer Specialist. Each session is designed to help you improve in a specific area of fitness, and our trainers will work with you to create a balanced and effective training program that incorporates all three types of sessions.

How long is a class?

A class at PT Club lasts for 1 hour. This is because we believe it’s important to include a warm-up, functional and mobility work before getting onto the bulk of the session. By taking the time to properly prepare your body for exercise, you can reduce your risk of injury and get the most out of your workout.
